DFI researcher Anke Silvia Ulrich awarded the „EUROCORR Young Scientist Grant“

Distinction for the DECHEMA-Forschungsinstitut (DFI): Anke Silvia Ulrich, PhD student at the high temperature materials research group at the DFI, was awarded with the "EUROCORR Young Scientist Grant“ at the annual EUROCORR corrosion conference in Sevilla, Spain, on 12 September 2019.

The "EUROCORR Young Scientist Grant“ is intended to support international cooperations for young academics in corrosion related research. The grant allows to investigate recently developed refractory metal systems on the nanoscale related to the findings of the Raiselife EU-project during a two months research stay with Dr. Alexander Knowles at the University of Birmingham, UK.
