Aims
The aim of this project was to develop novel corrosion protective coatings for aluminium alloys which are resistant against corrosion, heat or mechnical treatment and which may also fulfill decorative purposes. Coatings have been produced in different ways based on the thermal densification of multi-oxidic nanoparticles using their extraordinarily high sintering activity.
