Electrochistry: Students - Internships and Master Thesis

Our teams dedicated to applied electrochemistry and resources work on various projects addressing the recovery of resources from Li-ion batteries, energy storage using redox-flow-batteries and water treatment by advanced oxidation processes.

DECHEMA-Forschungsinstitut is a non-profit civil law foundation. The core competencies of the institute lie within the key disciplines of materials and corrosion, chemical technology and electrochemistry. Around 80 staff work on central challenges covering the entire width from fundamental research to developments close to application. Within their different areas they develop technological solutions for industrial applications with the overall goal of preserving resources and optimizing ecological compatibility.
