Lisa Zander has successfully completed her PhD at the University of Bayreuth

On 9 July 2026, Lisa Zander from the Materials and Corrosion Department of the DECHEMA Research Institute (DFI) successfully defended her doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Bayreuth.

The title of her thesis is “Chromium-based alloys for high-temperature applications – The importance of Mo in the A2-A15 and A2-B2 systems” (German title: “Chromium-based alloys for high-temperature applications – The importance of Mo in the A2-A15 and A2-B2 systems”).

She passed her examination with the distinction of magna cum laude. The DFI offers its warmest congratulations on this achievement!
