The master thesis of Mr. Shivasarathy Sankaran, which he prepared in 2019 in the working group Corrosion was awarded with the Dr.-Klaus-Seppeler Foundation Prize at this year's general meeting of the GfKORR Society for Corrosion Protection.
GfKORR awards this prize annually on behalf of the foundation for outstanding theses in the field of corrosion and corrosion protection. This year, the Master thesis entitled “Development of Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation Coatings on Titanium alloys and its Tribo- (corrosion) behavior analysis” convinced the jury with its variety of methods and scientific depth.
